1. The Service

The Service is a web tool that generates lyric-motion videos from images, audio, and lyric text you upload.

Features, specifications, and availability may change as needed for service improvements or operations. Material changes will be announced through the Service.

2. Rights to Your Materials (Most Important)

You may only upload materials for which you hold the necessary rights or have obtained lawful permission from the rights holder.

Uploading materials that infringe third-party copyrights, neighboring rights, likeness rights, or any other rights is strictly prohibited. You bear full responsibility for rights clearance of your materials.

• ·Materials licensed to you by their rights holders
• ·AI-generated music or images licensed for commercial use

3. Rights to Generated Videos

You own the videos you export from the Service, including for commercial use such as YouTube monetization.

However, if your uploaded materials infringed third-party rights, you bear full responsibility for any use of the generated output.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• ·Uploading materials that infringe third-party rights
• ·Using the Service for purposes that violate laws or public order
• ·Deliberately overloading servers, unauthorized access, or otherwise interfering with operations
• ·Copying, modifying, or reverse-engineering the Service for improper purposes

5. Infringement Claims (Takedown)

If a rights holder submits an infringement claim, we will verify the facts and take necessary measures, including removal of the relevant data.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided as-is. Features may change or be temporarily suspended for maintenance, incident response, or other operational needs.

We are not liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms as needed. Revised terms take effect when posted on this page.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the operator's location as the court of first instance.
