1. Information We Collect

The Service can be used without creating an account. If you use it without signing in, no personal information such as your name or email address is required. The following information is handled:

If you use the Service without signing in, your in-progress project data (lyrics, timing, style settings, media files) is stored only in your browser (localStorage / IndexedDB) and is not sent to our server except during the operations above.

If you optionally sign in with Google, we receive your email address, display name, and profile picture from Google, and your project data (lyrics, timing, style settings) plus your image and audio files are automatically saved to the cloud (Supabase). This lets you resume editing from another device. Signing in is optional — core features work without it.

• ·Uploaded materials (images, audio, lyric text): sent to our server when you run Export or Auto-sync, and stored temporarily for processing
• ·Generated output (video files, timing data): created on our server and stored temporarily so you can download it
• ·Server access logs: standard logs such as IP address and access time, kept for abuse prevention and troubleshooting
• ·Contact form submissions (name, email, and message): used only to reply to your inquiry

2. Cookies and Tracking

The Service does not use tracking cookies, advertising tags, or analytics tools (such as Google Analytics).

Preferences such as your language setting are stored in your browser's localStorage and are never sent to our server.

3. Purposes of Use

• ·Providing Service features such as video generation and audio analysis
• ·Sending video export completion emails when requested by the user
• ·Preventing abuse
• ·Investigating and resolving technical issues

4. Retention

Materials sent to our server and generated output are generally retained for 7 days for processing and download, then deleted automatically. Reusable audio-analysis caches are generally retained for 30 days. Deletion timing may vary slightly during incident response.

Project data in your browser remains until you clear your browser data.

Cloud-synced project data, images, and audio are retained until you delete cloud data or your account from Settings. Account deletion stops recurring billing and deletes associated data. Payment records that must be retained for legal or accounting purposes are excluded.

5. Third-Party Sharing and Sub-Processors

We do not share collected information with third parties except as required by law.

We use the following external services as sub-processors, each only to the extent needed to provide the Service:

• ·Supabase (authentication, database, and file storage; hosted in the EU/Frankfurt): your email address and profile info at sign-in, plus cloud-synced project data, images, and audio
• ·Resend (email delivery): contact replies, account and billing communications, and video export completion notifications requested by the user
• ·Stripe (payment processing): email address and subscription/payment information. Our servers do not store card details
• ·Hetzner (server hosting in Germany): uploaded materials, generated output, and access logs during processing
• ·Google (OAuth authentication): authentication and profile information used for Google sign-in
• ·Amazon Web Services (when cloud rendering is used): materials and output required for video rendering
